You already know that regular exercise has many benefits for overall good health. I wonder how often you think of stress reduction as one of them. It’s actually one of the most important benefits.

How many times has someone said that their doctor told them their physical problem was related to stress. People tend not to believe that this is possible. They wonder whether the doctor really knows. But in fact stress is a factor in many common ailments and diseases.
